It's Day 3 of workouts, Day 1 of food plan. Yea I'm a rule breaker and do shit how it works best for me and my life.
We have 19 days until we leave for Punta Cana. We had to start workouts Saturday, but we had a family function Saturday night so all booze and food!
So today is focused and we continue on!
I will be following a combination of the 21 Day Fix Extreme meal plan, and the Countdown to competition meal plan. I'm going to go live later today and talk about the difference.
My goal for this program is simple... be the healthiest I can possibly be when we step on that plane for Punta Cana. That means my food, water, Shakeology, and workouts HAVE to be on point! 2 piece outfits for prom party
