Should women get paid days off because of period pain?
An Indian company has decided to offer their female employees an automatic paid day off the day they start their period - if they are experiencing terrible cramps and menstrual pain. The Media firm have decided that women shouldn't have to be in the office when they are going through discomfort and want to show others that it is ok to take a day off to deal with period pains. wedding collections in grey or sliver
The Mumbai-based company are not the first to introduce so-called 'menstrual leave', which is already in place in Japan, while the Italian Parliament are still debating whether or not to implement it.
So should paid 'menstrual leave' be an option?
